ਆਮ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਤਰ

1.ਸੰਚਾਰ ਹੁਨਰ ਕੀ ਹੈ ?
ਸ਼ਬਦ ‘ਸੰਚਾਰ’ ਲਾਤੀਨੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਤੋਂ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਸ਼ਬਦ Communication, ਜਿਸਦਾ ਅਰਥ ਹੈ ‘ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਰਨਾ’। ਚਿੱਤਰ ਵਿਚ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵੇਖ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਸੰਚਾਰ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਰਨ ਹੈ ਦੋ ਜਾਂ ਦੋ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਸਮੂਹ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਇੱਕ ਆਮ ਸਮਝ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਲਈ ਹੈ|

2.ਸੰਚਾਰ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਕੀ ਹੈ ?
ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਸੰਚਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਯੋਗਤਾ, ਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੰਬੰਧਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰ.
