There are two types of paramedical courses offered by colleges after passing matriculation. One is Certificate Course and Diploma Course
1.Certificate Courses: The duration of these courses is usually less than 12 months. This course lasts from three months to one year.
2.Diploma Courses: The duration of these courses is usually one to two years.
Details of Medical Courses
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology: Diseases are usually diagnosed from laboratory test samples and this requires a skilled technician who specializes in examining and analyzing samples. After the course, the student can open his own laboratory and apply for government jobs.
- X-ray technology course: This course is the most popular course among the students and it is very important in medical treatment. Students are taught about the types of X-rays, the use of imaging technology, how to read X-rays and how to use them.
