If we talk about the life of Shri Sohan Lal Ji. He was a resident of Sodhi Nagar, Ferozepur. He started working in the ‘Manohar Gift House’ here. But he wanted to do something else, so he decided to start his own bakery in 1940.After working here for some time, he also did Bakery Business in Moga, Malout and Dehradun for some time, but did not have much success.

Sohan Lal did not give up and came to Bathinda in 1950. Here he started his bakery near the Mahavir temple. Which ran successfully. He then started teaching work skills to his son Pawan Kumar Pammi.

He taught his son all the skills of communicating with the customer, enhancing the quality of the goods and meeting the expectations of the customer. Which was well understood by Pawan Kumar Pammi ji and to this day he is carrying this skill with him and is making a name for himself in Bathinda city.
